I work as a flight attendant and rent cars often. Working on hospitality myself I’m impressed when agents go above and beyond to help. The people here are a delight, the cars are wonderful. If they’re able to upgrade you they will. If you’re like me and need to change your reservation they make it easy and seamless. Very happy with their service and feel like they’re the best in LA. Look no further this place is value town.

There is normally only one person working who does all. Pick up from airport, checking in, sending you to airport. So if busy you would have to wait so make sure to have enough time. My car was cane with 1/8 of gas, so I returned as 1/8. Car seats had so many stains. Never experienced as a rental car that dirty but I guess price is cheap.

Great location, very nice staff, perfect car, terrific price, EASY! Highly recommended! Toyota Corolla had only about 4,000 miles and was carefully checked for every scratch before we left. They picked us up at baggage claim-- just call when you have your bags; they're minutes away. They offered to take us to hotel after dropping off the car (within 2 mile radius). Very good people. We didn't realize we'd driven on a toll road, and they phoned the following week apologizing for having to charge us for the toll. They are GOOD-staffed but short-staffed: be patient if you find there's no one immediately at the office because they've gone for an airport run. Warning: out Garmin GPS and phone did not work well in the airport area! When driving out of the rental car area, the car icon spun crazily. When returning, the "gas station" it found was really a parking lot. Definitely rent from these folks!

These guys were incredible. All the staff were friendly and personable, and despite my doubts about a location like this, they did right by us, and even went above and beyond. Relatively quick shuttle from the airport, and took us to our hotel on the way out after we dropped off the car. No sketchy holding our deposit and trying to charge us for bogus things, was refunded on the spot and showed up on my account immediately. Would definitely recommend. When you're the little guy you have to show why you're relevant and comparable to companies like Hertz and Enterprise, and these guys definitely did. Would rent again.

By far the worst rental company I’ve ever seen. It’s hidden away from the airport, nobody seems to actually work here. When we came to drop the car off, the doors were locked and nobody was inside. We called them and they told us to to wait for the driver. He ended up taking 30 minutes. The car was old and not the cleanest. Very poor service, would not recommend and would never use them again. Pay the extra $40 and use a real rental company.
