I highly recommend Jay Ferebee and Innovative Sight & Sound!! We initially brought him in December 2019 to update and 'fix' our system that someone else installed years before. He quickly identified the issues, cleaned up their messy wiring and updated our Control4 system. After a recent storm our system wasn't working and he quickly responded and we're back up and running! Years later and we are still receiving the same excellent customer service!!

I would highly recommend Innovative sight and sound to do any sound, wiring or home automation system. I bought a home with control 4 technology in the house but the AV and control room in the house was a mess. jay came and looked at what I had, and gave me a fair proposal and quote. I was very pleased with the work he and Wes did. Took a few days to rip old wires out and put in a clean rack with all wires properly labeled and coiled. They also mounted all my tvs and endured surround sound was properly wired and configured for both inside and outside rock and wall speakers on patio. These guys are the best in Atlanta area. Check out the before and after photos where it was a mess and now is very clean. Presentation matters!

OUTSTANDING HOME THEATER!!

I hired Jay Ferebee with Innovative Sight & Sound to design and build out an 8 chair, platform seated home theater room with a 120" screen, 4K projector and full surround sound 11:2. Jay and his team were extremely professional and very knowledgeable on absolutely every aspect of the design, equipment, and installation, and provided valuable insight and recommendations for my contractor during the renovation and construction of the basement room. Additionally, Jay offered excellent recommendations for home theater chairs, soundproofing, equipment options, spot and can lighting, networking and automation. His team was extremely responsive during the entire process and they were with us the entire way - from the start to finish. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and Jay to anyone looking for a high-end, premium home theater company.

Jay was very responsive and came out quickly to look and advise me on the TV and equipment I would need. Jay Ferebee and his team set the standard for what customer service, attention to detail and passion for work product should entail for any contractor that you will ever deal with. From the start, Jay will not rest until you are satisfied with the various technologies his team is able to place into your home and will go through the process with patience, honesty and care to ensure you are happy. They answer questions at all hours of the day and never show frustration even if you are inundating them with things you are unsure of as the project is ongoing.

The installers (Brandon, Demetrius and Grant) are professional, detail oriented and very friendly. They work with you to ensure that you are thrilled with the result, explain everything they are doing and do not leave your home until you understand the technology they have put into place. They even go so far as to hard wire wi-fi extenders which have been a game changer in our new home. In addition, they go above and beyond, going so far as to come to my prior home before the install to take measurements and ensure that what was going into the new home was going to be set up properly.

I cannot recommend Innovative enough and will be a long-time customer of theirs.
