Property Medics of Georgia was recommended by my home insurance. Wesley was sent to my home for Mitigation treatment. He carefully approached my situation, explained the process to me and started the work. He removed my most part of my floor carpet and then set up his humidifier in the area. The whole team did an outstanding job! Max and his original team Chris and Christopher were Very knowledgeable and provided updates every step of the way and today Wesley was awesome verifying dryness before he removed the equipment! They are amazing! Max Moseley came out the same day and assured me of the process and then they sent a gentleman by the name of Jermaine who did everything that needed to be done at that moment. What I loved is their work ethic and how Thorough they are. Their attitude and their intent not to make this situation any worse for the homeowner is remarkable. I love that they took the time to put me at ease and to explain step-by-step. I would recommend them wholeheartedly for any kind of property damage where help is needed. They go over and above!

We had the ice maker in our fridge leak and damaged the floor. The plumbers recommended property medics who came out promptly. They had a bunch of paperwork for us to sign letting them take care of the entire process. It was indicated to us that if we let them handle the whole process then the claim with the insurance would be smoother and faster. In other words, if we didn't use our own contractors, things would get done quicker and I would be out of the kitchen. Last time. That was not true. I was out of my kitchen for an entire summer. On top of that, when they refinish the floors they did an awful job. I'm going to include some pictures of the floors from maybe a year and a half later.
