I couldn’t be more excited to give review for Terra Pro. To say my husband and I were pleased with the work done is an understatement. We are ecstatic!!! Our home is a show place!! To have to rebuild our home after a fire is a traumatic experience, but our project adjuster Aiesbel made the remodel an ease. She was patient with my MANY questions and even with my last minute changes. Her advice and eye for decorating is to be applauded. I TRULY enjoyed working with her and though I’m glad to finally be able to move back into my beautiful new home, I’ll actually miss working with her on a daily basis. The men who worked on our home were friendly and very kind and accommodating to my miscellaneous request. They were dedicated in doing a great job, and worked hard to ensure we could return home quickly. Their work and work ethic were impeccable. I can’t wait to show off my new home!! This is my second time working with TerraPro and it won’t be my last (Master Bathroom is next).

They completed the entire kitchen in 2 weeks to the day. (Flooring, Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, All the Plumbing and Electrical work that went with it, Lighting and a new Patio Slider Door)

Their customer service is Amazing. I received daily check ins from Aisbel and she always communicated each step of the way. The staff always cleaned up after themselves and updated us throughout the day.

The quality of the products are top notch and we are thrilled.

I have worked with other companies, because I have a number of homes, but TerraPro has not disappointed like others have.

I recently had mitigation work, cabinet repairs, and flooring installed by this company, and overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, they were professional, and the quality of their work was impressive. The cabinet that sustained water damage was repaired seamlessly, and the flooring installation was done to a high standard.

Every person I interacted with was friendly and responsive. Whether I called or emailed, they consistently got back to me quickly, which helped make the process much smoother. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions in detail.Overall, I will definitely consider them for future projects. Highly recommend!

My insurance claim was approved on a Monday and TerraPro had a crew out on that following Friday, Saturday and completed the job on Monday. First of all kudos to my project manager Aldina which was not only very knowledgeable and easy to work with but an all-around genuine person. Time was taken to explain and showed genuine concern. Each crew that worked in my home were very professional and did a really good job at fixing my issues. If I had a third thumb it would be a three thumbs up. This is the first time that I've ever had to have work like this done in my home with a company but I would recommend them to any of my friends or family!

We initially found this amazing team as a result of an insurance claim. They were fast - under 2 weeks - with great quality, and continuous communication. Having workers in your home is stressful, but they made that as little stress as possible. We loved them so much, we had them remodel another bathroom and are having them redo our deck too! So glad to have found them!!!

We had a leak in our kitchen and had a plumber repair but mold had spread through out the kitchen. Mitigation had to be done plus the hardwoods needed to be replaced on the whole first floor since there was no way to match the current hardwoods throughout the first floor of the house. Each work crew showed up when they said they would. Enrique (manager) was there each time to monitor progress and craftsmanship for each work crew. When finished they even had a cleaning service who cleaned the whole first floor. Yes, including the wood blinds. Did not expect this. We did have some gaps between pieces of new hardwood but Enrique took the time to come out on a Saturday to fill them in and now we have our house back. Would definitely recommend and use them again if we are unfortunate enough to have another busted pipe. Georgia builders are the worse! I have lived in many homes across America and can’t believe what the builders in Georgia can get away with in this state.
