Do not use this service. I ordered Texas Labor Law posters and they sent me the wrong posters. Instead, they sent me California Labor Law posters. I then ordered Spanish version of the English Labor Law posters and I did not receive them in Spanish. All of these posters took a very long time to arrive. I then foolishly updated my service. The updated EEOC posters have not arrived and I have tried to contact them 3 times via phone and was left on the chat for 14 days without a response. I finally got a call back after I called and reopened the chat. Kelli called me right back . I asked to cancel my service since I was not satisfied with their services. She told me that it wasn't possible since they had sent the EEOC posters. I told her I would not have a problem returning them to her. She explained it was not possible to cancel my update service. Stay away and use services like JJ Keller or SHRM, lesson learned.

They keep sending emails and when I try to unsubscribe it does not. Researched them and they have terrible practices as a company. They are violating CAN-SPAM left and right. The unsubscribe link has to be a working link and any attempt to fake it is considered fraudulent. I know of a class-action lawsuit that is brewing and may be slapped against this company.

I wish they would have told me upfront that they wanted $30.00 to process an application. I should have read the reviews first then I would have saved so much aggravation at a time I already have enough of that but it doesn't bother predictors of other people's misery.

Very one sided none responsive, rude, cheap low quality company. Avoid this place if you value your privacy and worth ethics. Do not get posters here, they are new to the industry and have no clue on how to handle any issues relating to human resource.
