A couple of months ago my husband and I saw a couple of ads that would assist you with your IRS issues. So we called them and they turned out that be very expensive to be hired and I had to come up with the money right away. So my husband started researching and came across Tax Relief Systems. When he told me the prices and that it would be a monthly charge I was thinking what did you get us into as the prices were so affordable. The first thing that came to my mind was they are not going to help us and just want our money but boy was I really wrong.

They not only made their services affordable for us to pay but they got on the phone with the IRS and dropped my monthly payments a lot. I had already attempted to negotiate on a monthly plan with the IRS on my own and they couldn't take less than $300 a month. So there were months I couldn't pay it as it was between feeding my family or paying them. So I was close on defaulting my agreement with the IRS and they were going to garnish my wages which would have put us in the streets. I received a letter from the IRS accepting less than $100 a month and I couldn't have done this without these guys assistance. I will always be grateful to Joseph and his team Richard and Phyllis because they have blessed us in so many ways and have been so kind to my family.

No other company would have helped us the way they did as the other companies were all about the money and TAX RELIEF SYSTEMS IS ALL ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE! You don't find companies like these any more.

I have paid the company around $30,000 and have been waiting over 3(2019) summers for them to do my taxes. I am still waiting and I say don't use this this business. I can not say enough awful things about them. The woman that I've worked with for years. Then I spoke to the owners who were not helpful whatsoever. And back to the woman I had to go for her to finish my taxes. It has been another year of them not doing my taxes. I had my husband step in and demanded them to do our taxes. They still have not done their taxes nor have I gotten a refund. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau bureau because they need to know about need to know about this company.

I was contacted after posting this. I sent the information that the company needed. It's been over a week or two. I know they received the information the owner saidhe had it in his hands. I asked for an email to verify it. The owner told me, "Don't tell me how to do my job. I will have the woman that you work with send you an email." So again, no confirmation and no communication.

Highly highly recommend Joseph !!! Thought I had no options but to take a garnishment from IRS...not only did he stop all that, he and his staff got them to agree to an affordable installment agreement....something reasonable, livable, and when I needed to adjust that, he was right on it. Dont fall victim to tax scams that ask for thousands up front, he does what he says he will do! Amazing staff!
