They have a money-back policy if your item cannot be found after 30 days but the policy is a scam. I've tried getting my money back for 5 months now, received nothing but empty promises that the money is on the way.

This site is a scam. They don't give you a claim number and they don't have any contact information. The only contact information I received was the paypal account I sent money to. I emailed this account and got no response. They are doing nothing but scamming people desperate to find their belongings. Don't fall for it.

I lost a camera a year ago and no news about. I'm still trying to figure out how to claim for my refund. I used the contact page twice and no answer and the phone number in google is not from this company anymore. Hopefully I will get an answer from the owner

They stole my money and ran away.
IT IS FRAUD.
They malignantly ignored my email, and contact.

I lost my camera at Beijing Airport.
Since they ignored my email, i had nothing to do but visited to Beijing again.

I paid more than USD 50, they didn't refund.

Please don't pay in advance.
They can steal your money easily.

I lost prescription eye glasses because I left them on my window seat when departing Qatar plane. The staff has been most helpful. I cannot say enough good about them. Of course I hope I find my glasses as I waited over the 30 day timeframe. Thank you again.
