Veronica went above and beyond to find us an FHA inspector in our area. We live in a very rural area and it was not easy. She was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The inspector that came out was just as polite and helpful and I could not recommend a better company. I read a review where someone complained that ADP knew in advance that the person would not pass inspection. That is not the job of the representative they are not an inspector. And by law, the inspector cannot point out anything until after the report is written. As for them charging for the service, they make it very clear up front with the charges and that if there is any repairs to be done they have an additional charge to come back out and redo the inspection. The additional charge is less than half of the original charge. I have spent 25 years in the business world and I find this company very commendable. I found everybody associated with it to be helpful, friendly and polite.

I am very unhappy with the way my representative handled my foundation inspection. I called them to set up an inspection. She asked me a few questions including what my mobile home skirting was made of and if I had an entry door to the crawl space. I told her it was made of vinyl and that there was no entry door and that any time we had to enter we just pulled a piece off and replaced it when finished. She told me nothing about this being a problem. The inspector came and went without telling us there were any problems. Three days later she calls me and tells me that my card is not going through. I wasn't surprised because it was a $400 charge to an out of state company. I called my bank and gave them permission to allow the charge. Not even 30 minutes later we get the email that we have to completely re do the skirting in order to meet FHA requirements. The skirting is now required to have either steel or treated pine supports. I understand if our home was not up to par but she knew that it would not pass inspection from the time I made the appointment and didn't say a single word about it until she was sure that they got my $400. Oh and the kicker is that we can't even do the work ourselves, we have to hire a licensed contractor to do it. A job that might have cost us $1000 to get done before the inspection will now cost us $3000 because they are requiring us to hire a contractor. Plus after all that is done there is a $200 charge to come back out and do a final inspection. I feel like they intentionally took my money while fully knowing I could not get the inspection from the very beginning. If this company was worried about customer service it would have been handled completely differently. Don't use this company unless you know for a fact that everything is good. They will not work with you at all to get it done without you having to unnecessarily pay for extra trips out to your house. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even use this company again either way.

ADP & Assiocates, Inc provided me with an inspection for the foundation of my home in which I paid for using a credit card. The inspection failed so a 2nd inspection was needed. The fee for this was suppose to be paid at the closing of my home. Apparently it was not and it took them 6 months to make me aware of the issue. After finding out they were not paid I was informed that they would put a lien on my home if it weren't taken care of. I was very confused after receiving this information and told them I needed to find out what was going on (in other words a little time to figure out the issue at hand). Apparently after hanging up, their regional director took it upon herself to charge a different credit card which I did not authorize and do not know how they even got the credit card information. They did not even give me a chance to figure out why it hadn't been paid at the time of closing like it was suppose to be. I was not asked if my card could be charged or allowed time to figure out how I would be coming up with the funds to take care of this. The regional director who handled this entire issue has been rude, unprofessional, and illegally charged my credit card without knowledge and consent. I understand they provided a service and need to be paid for the job they did but how they treated me upon realizing they were not paid was highly unprofessional and unreasonable. This issue should have been addressed way before 6 months had passed and by no means should someone ever charge someone's credit or debit cards without their knowledge. I would not recommend ADP & Assiocates to anyone for anything.
