This company has helped me save thousands of dollars on my property taxes. They may not talk to me very often, but they achieve excellent results. I have rental properties in Lubbock. I will ask the company to assist me in protesting values based upon the "income model," something very few people do. I hope for better results than the market value model.

Complete waste of my time. No timely correspondence. Would not reply to emails, which is the only way they wanted to be contacted. They took at face value what the appraisal office told them without getting any input from me, the client, until it was too late. They are be working in conjunction with appraisal offices. Better off getting a company other than them to handle your property tax problem.

Waste of time and communication is dismal. You have no idea if they actually took the time to evaluate or contest your property until it’s too late. They provide no status updates on your situation without you attempting to track them down.
