Dr. Davenport is the ideal AME. Very highly qualified, of course, but also great to be around, and with the perspective of a fellow aviator who wants to keep you (safely) flying. I'm glad he's younger than me, since I hope to keep seeing him for medicals for the rest of my career!

"Doc" Davenport has been my AME for 3 years...his office is conveniently located at the KAUS airport and his availability suits my time frames every time I need a medical. His courteous demeanor and medical expertise, as well as his being a pilot (F-16s!) himself, will have me coming back for my aviation medicals for my career. I highly recommend this Doc!
