Dad purchased a 2014 mobility van in June 2024. We worked with Nick and had the opportunity to test drive it for a few days beforehand. Now I found it!!! I bought a Golden Mobility Chair from them and I love it. It came in a couple of boxes but was so simple to put together that my daughter did it. Now a year after, I needed a new battery and found out that I was overcharging it by plugging it in for too long. Thomas let me know this and sent me the instructions AND explained how to change batteries. He sent me the instructions And I bought 2 new batteries which I will get in 3 days. He was SO KIND and had PATIENCE with me as I am 80 years old. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MOBILITY STORE.

We purchased 2 mobility scooters so my husband could have more independence at both houses ? he enjoys now! Also had a lift put on back of our Suv and so grateful that he can actually participate in activities important to his well being! Thomas and his crew showed compassion and competence and are always ❤️ available for any concerns we have. I will go to him for a retrofitted auto if and when my husband needs this too. Thomas was very knowledgeable about scooters and trailers. He explained everything about my scooter, and how to operate it. Then, when I called about a problem I was having with my trailer Thomas explained what to do. This place is great with a great selection of scooters. I'm so glad I went. As a bonus when he was installing my trailer, he noticed one of my car lashes was loose, so he went ahead and reattached it with gorilla tape! I would highly recommend anyone needing any type of mobility aide to go to the AutoMobility store!! Thanks Thomas and AutoMobility!!

We stopped by the dealer ship on a Saturday, they were about to close for the day but Greg said we can still check on vehicles, gave us Nick’s phone number and Nick helped us out through the process over the phone, we returned the following week with our son and his wheel chair to test the ramp and test drive the vehicle, Tom explained everything relatad with minivan and ramp.
We bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna, it has made a lot easier transporting my son to school and to the clinic, he loves it.
We got license plates and registration shipped to our address within a week.

I took in my mother's scooter for repair and as usual Tom was amazing. This was only warranty work and yet he took time to help me with adjusting my mother's lift so the license plate can be seen at all times. I highly recommend Tom and his team! You won't be disappointed.

Good afternoon to all. About a year ago my son received his chair from AUTO MOBILITY. Wow, what an experience Thomas and his staff started taking care of us. Randy (TWINKLE TOES) has been in a chair for approximately 30 years when he was hit by a drunk driver. Thomas took the time to make sure Randy was properly fitted to the chair. Since then Thomas has continued to meet any concerns we have had. We have NEVER had anyone or company give us the the professional help and personal attention a client needs. Thanks Thomas.
