Elliot was the worst employee I’ve ever come across. I don’t blame create a cig for that- outside of hiring him. He gave me and my friend an extremely hard time. He severely lacks the people skills necessary to actually cultivate growth for the shop and the company as a whole. TO TOP it all off — all the vapes are defective and broken. So that I do blame on the store for scamming customers - I bought 3 and all of them are leaking juice and won’t hit at all.

I will NEVER EVER be coming back!

Clean store w a great selection. They let you try the vapes after purchase to check if they are defective or not, and will gladly replace them if they happen to be defective. They have a 24 hr return policy as well. All in all great place!

Always very welcoming and nice staff. I've never had a bad experience and I used to go in weekly. Alex is amazing and helps by explaining what I'm buying very well when I have questions. He's always making sure I'm getting what I want and taking his time with everything. Over all my favorite shop period! Going to miss it?

I have been shopping here for 3 years.
As a vaper and a smoker I have made all of my purchases here.
Today the woman was rude, telling me what lingo was allowed in shop, and proceeded to question me using my husband’s reward number and very rudely ID carded me.
It’s such a disappointment because I have literally never had an issue until today.
I shop locally and try to support those in my own community.
I won’t be back to this store after being treated like this.
There is a smoke shop off riverside that is just as good, without the bad attitude.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time I go! The new location is very nice as well. My only qualm would be that the POS now prompts for a tip when you check out. Not only is it off putting and discourages future patronage, but it’s also a glaring neon sign that instead of paying your employees more you’d rather place the burden and therefore the responsibility on the customer.
Not very demure. Not very mindful.

I've been a customer for a long time and can't think of any time that I haven't been pleased with my experience here. I seem to always be greeted with a smile and made to feel like I'm the most important person at that time. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable which can only enhance the time here.
