Autovermietung läuft hier anders als bspw. in Europa - man kann sich ein gebuchtes Auto der jeweiligen Kategorie aussuchen, fährt damit weg und bringt es entsprechend (vollgetankt) zurück.
Die meisten Autos haben schon einiges mitgemacht, das sieht man ihnen auch an.

Naja, kommt drauf an wer grad da ist. Die Prozedur geht halt eine Weile. Die Autos sind in aller Regel sauber.

空港の無料シャトルの送迎がありがたいです。事務所に着いたら予約を見せて決済。レシートが発行され、そのレシートに記載された車庫へ向かいます。鍵はかかってないのでそのまま乗り込み、ゲートで運転席のドアに着いたQRコードを読み込むと乗り出せます。車格により価格が違います。同じ車格でも車種は選べないのが残念です。

Took a 2022 Camaro from the President’s Circle, it was filthy, drove horribly, steeling wheel was crooked and probably out of alignment. Car has 61,500 miles on it and should not be offered as a rental. Extremely disappointed in their selection for Presidents Circle. There is a loud rumble when you get over 65 mph that is absolutely annoying. I encourage Hertz site management to take this car out on I-94 and drive the speed limit! You’ll be ashamed you’re renting this car to loyal customers. It’s an absolute nightmare of a car!

Management acknowledged my review but never once offered any suggestions to make it right or provided any detailed instructions on who to contact. Simply thanked me for a review.

I am happy to just have made it safely to my destination. This car should be taken out of service until fixed!

I had booked months in advance and the lady at the gold circle made us wait as she was trying to figure out how to for almost an hour. She doesn't have any customer facing skills and then ended up routing us to another person (again had to get into another queue). I would never book hertz at DTW, please do train the staff on handling customers most of them are headed your way after a tiresome trip. Atleast being a little bit welcoming and less rude can be starters. A 'will not return again' place.

Our experience at this Hertz location was great on 10/5/24. The representative that helped us is Karla. She is what you call an angel in disguise. Her warm energy, caring spirit, patience and willingness help was everything! This type of service is a rarity these days. My husband and I had ran into a dilemma when trying to extend our rental. After dealing with different customer service reps on the phone and in person telling us we couldn’t extend it with no real explanation why, we were almost ready to give up. When our situation was explained to Karla, she went above and beyond, working with her Manager to help us. In conclusion, we were able to extend our rental for the time needed and at a similar rate. She was truly a blessing.

Von was extremely professional, patient and kind. He and Jacob ( working inside on the register) were helpful and although I was quite rattled with my payment-there was a fraud alert- they were not. They were excellent and I so appreciated it. I also had a wonderful vehicle but it was the people I appreciated the most!
