11/01 2pm Today was our little 4 year olds birthday. We had a wonderful time. Michelle checked us out. the lady stuffing the bear (I didn't catch her name before we left but please shout her out) did an extremely fantastic job and made it so magical for Linky. I'm so glad we drove to the real store. I wish I could give more stars. Just a wonderful experience over all. Thank you so much

I am saddened and felt lied to by staff. The first person, very friendly, told me Chococat was still available online and I could get free shipping to the store. The person at the register went to put my order in, and informed me they could not place the order, but I could still get one from the website but I would have to pay for shipping. They even told me how to choose to have it stuffed or unstuffed in case I wanted to come in to get the experience. Turns out they have been sold out for weeks. They are only available on EBay for 3-4 times the original price. I wish they had just told me this instead of getting my hopes up that they were still available.

I ordered from them and they send me the wrong order. I ordered several items and I got one bear? That I didn’t order… now I’m on hold with customer service and they are telling me to waste more of my time and life by driving this down to some place for them to pick up and they will ship me another order…I’m already wasting my valuable time on the phone for their mistake and now I have to ship it out for them too?! Never buying from them again. How hard can it be to fulfill an order? Shakes head ‍♀️

I have come to this location several times to get my rescued Build-a-Bears restuffed, and the staff there is very professional and very friendly, and they know their customers and their faces. They are very enthusiastic about their jobs and they pass it on to the customers. They're always excited to see what rescue I bring that needs to be given new life :3

Every time I come, I leave with more accessories and clothes for my stuffies and I got a new one on one occasion. They are willing to talk with you about what you're looking for and work with you on picking something out, whether it's a new friend or a rescued one. The staff make it a very cozy place :3

I took my 2 year old to this location today and had a GREAT experience. Both workers were friendly but the woman who walked us through the process was fantastic. She was so friendly and upbeat. We did the special birthday bear deal and it was a great experience!

These two workers Sloan and Hannah were the absolute kindest people I met at the shop, they made me feel welcomed and were super kind in helping me make and fix my plushie! Absolute sweethearts!! Will definitely be coming back! :))
