The worst doctor I find it in my life I’m 52 years old tell me I don’t need to pay anything send

The lady in the front office is rude and pompous and is the reason I am switching Doctor offices. Dr. Smith was great, the nurses and other faculty was great. However that lady in the front office is unbearable and is the reason I am switching Doctor offices. You guys should really work on replacing her. She brings down the whole office, which is a shame because everyone else there is full of smiles and joy! Such a shame! My records still have not been sent to the designated office for Dr Aqua as requested and I need my prenatal care appointment ASAP!

Dr. Smith is a good doctor. She was thorough in her assessment of me. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were welcoming as well. But the staff in the lab weren't very attentive. I stood in the lab area for a good 2 minutes while the staff continued with their own thing not asking me how they could help me until Dr. Smith came over and asked them where I should wait until they were ready for me. They really need to make some changes in that regard.

This was one of the best appointments I've ever had. This was my very first gynecologist appointment and she made me very comfortable, she listened to me, and she made me feel welcome. She answered all of my questions, she was gentle, and talked through everything she was doing.

Dr. Smith is AMAZING. The office staff is professional and polite. The only downside is the wait time. I don't typically like waiting for long periods of time when I have a scheduled appointment. However, the staff and Dr. Smith makes up for the wait with their courtesy and professionalism. I know Dr. Smith always has the best interest of the patient in mind. First doctor that has ever listened and respected my concerns. This office and doctor are amazing.

My first time meeting Dr Smith this week. Very pleased with her - she listens, understands & gives you a plan of action. She made me feel very comfortable talking about my concerns. I’m a patient of Dr Magua and initially was a little upset when I had to see a different doctor but this facility has nothing but amazing doctors and staff. Looking forward to my follow up appointment with Dr Smith. Thank you.

I am so happy with this visit. Given all the extra needed precautions due to COVID, the office staff was quick and efficient, while also being so sweet. Dr. Smith came in and took time to thoroughly evaluate me, address my concerns, answer my questions, and even educate me on everything my body was going through. I left the office feeling empowered and with a sense of security, knowing I will be in good hands with Dr. Smith. I drove almost an hour because I was recommended this office by a friend and I DO NOT REGRET IT. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Smith to anyone seeking OBGYN services.

Dr. Smith gave wonderful care to me and my family during my pregnancy and delivery. She patiently answered every question and addressed all of my concerns. My pregnancy was high risk and I faced many complications but Dr. Smith took the best care of me. I am sincerely thankful to her for all of her knowledge and expertise. Our family is forever grateful to her for delivering our baby healthy and safe.
