I cannot speak for to the competency of this agency however I can speak to the competency of one individual employed there.
Leslie Culver left me a voicemail claiming she had been attempting to reach me for several months to conduct a premium audit which was now due in 24hrs. I returned her call immediately to ask her to substantiate this claim as it was the first interaction I had with her or Interstate Auditing in the 2024 calendar year. Instead of returning my call, or forwarding me previous written communications to prove her proclamation, she emailed me several days later on Friday at 8pm. In this email she doesn't make mention of any previous communications or acknowledge my voicemail, instead just provides me a list of deliverables and a deadline of Monday. Mind you my business is in the special events space so a notice on Friday night with a deadline of Monday is nothing short of absurd.

Now it may not be relevant to this review but I believe it may provide further context that this is honest and sincere feedback. I was audited by this agency in 2023 and had no issues with the process, communication was requested via email as were documents. Now in 2024 I changed insurance carriers and should be a due a refund for this policy, so I am incentivized to comply with the audit in hopes of receiving money back. I wouldn't intentionally avoid the audit or delay its outcome knowing I have a reasonable chance of a refund. This review is left entirely due to the complete and total lack of professionalism and competency of one Ms. Leslie Culver.
