I found Deena Stanley MBA, PLLC, when I really needed Tax help. I was in business for myself and I hated doing taxes and my taxes were a FEW years behind. She was patient, knowledgeable on the laws for each year. She told me how to organize my Boxes of paper work. She gave me detail instruction, everything got recorded and my taxes filed! I found the information for Deena Stanley MBA, PPLC while searching yelp for tax professional in my area (Tampa Bay, FL).

I found Deena's email on her website and contacted her. After a few back and forth responses we established a time for phone call to discuss my needs. Our call was scheduled for 5:30 PM on a Monday evening. When I reached out for our scheduled call, I was unable to get through to Deena. However, I did receive a call from Deena around 6:15 PM, at which point we discussed my situation. Our call was disconnected during the conversation and I was unable to reach Deena again.

Deena followed up with an email explaining that she had been having some issues with her cellular service (understandable), and then gave me a very detailed explanation based on her understanding of the issues I communicated. After one more email, Deena was able to help confirm a solution to my issue.
