Amazingly helpful! There was one gal that was there later and still answered the phone and was extremely helpful even though she didn't need to be, she didn't even need to pick up the phone. She was doing a little bit of extra study. I can't recall her name, I feel bad about that but she was wonderful.

Then Shawna got back with me to follow up to make sure everything was okay. Marvelous!

I would like to thank Richard at this office he did me a great favor he
Convinced me that I needed a second opinion because there where a few items he was not familiar with being allowed to be used while using standard miles. I did go somewhere else and not only was that Second opinion that I went to get and third opinion both able to tell me that I was allowed to use a few things with the end of mileage but not only did they save me so I’d like to thank richard for me going to get a second opinion because I was able to save About $3000 in taxes and the preparation fee was $175 less where I went so I just really wanted to think locket Weisers for giving me you need to go for a second opinion totally five stars thank you

Went to do my 2020 taxes and it was a horrible experience, being self-employed at the time, the CPA did not break down the cost of the add-on before or during this in-person appointment. More importantly, deductions were not maximized. I then later gave an honest review online and got a call from another CPA, said his name was “Guy” and it made matter even worse. Instead of addressing my concerns, he stated that my review really “hurt” the CPA who helped me and was very belittling on the phone. After this experience, highly NOT recommended.
