Jon has come to our rescue more than once and has always treated us right. He used to service the unit at our old house until we were about to sell the house then it basically went out. He replaced it for a very reasonable amount. In our new house even though it was under builder warranty and then manufacturer warranty he has come by to double check things to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Couldn’t ask for a better man or company to service our HVAC systems!

I highly recommend Jon. He replaced our ac units two years ago in 2022 after a fire. He did a fantastic job and took such great care of our family during a very stressful time. Today I contacted him asking for his help once again although this time it wasn’t for my home. I had just found out that a young lady we know ,whom takes care of her grandmother with dementia , had another ac company come out and they gave her a quote for replacement that seemed quite high. Jon went to her home to check on the situation. He called me and let me know what he had found. He could have easily stopped at that point but that’s not the kind of man Jon is. He saw that her filters had not been changed in quite sometime so Jon went and bought filters for her unit. He changed them for her. He explained that the unit will need to be replaced sooner rather than later but she does have some time. Jon gave her a quote for replacement that was approximately 25% lower than the other company. We are so grateful for his honesty and compassion. He went above and beyond today helping this young lady and her grandmother. He could have easily taken as of the situation like the other ac company but that’s not the kind of person he is. Jon exemplifies integrity. No one enjoys having heating or cooling issues but with Jon you know you are going to be given an honest assessment of the situation, fair pricing and the work will be done right the first time. He really is the “Greatest of all time “ GOAT.

I was sold a Goodman unit 7 yrs ago by another contractor who convinced me it was a good value. After encountering several issues, he would not return my calls. Used another “big name” contractor who wasn’t much better. After getting a reference from my neighbor to use Jon and the GOAT team, I’m very pleased. The shoddy product and workmanship from the others left me having to replace the unit. Jon gave me a very fair quote on a quality brand and completed the job in a timely matter. Since meeting him, Jon and his team have responded quickly to any issues with a pleasant and respectful disposition. Always returning calls or texts promptly to address any concerns. I highly recommend!

Jon responded quickly when our air conditioner was leaking water. He came first thing in the morning and quickly addressed the problem and gave us tips on preventing the problem again. His charges were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again.
