I was shocked to see so many 1 stars! Complete opposite experience. Had kitchen fridge go out on us and been trying to nail down my 33” Fridge options for a couple weeks. Online ordering was exhausting. Didn’t even consider this store until all the big box stores disappointed by either lack of options or back orders. Couldn’t have been a better experience with A&A. Came in and stated what I needed dimension wise. Sales rep pulled up a make model of a Maytag that would work. In stock. Bought it. Loaded it. Installed it. Peeled the shiny new stickers off and we’re back in business!

Bought a used refrigerator for a second refrig. in our garage. It was not cooling properly and was immediately inspected and repaired after I called in. Afterwards, it was then much better but still a little warm. I called to inform them and told them I understood that it was a used appliance and I could make it work for our needs. The owner insisted that it be repaired completely and installed a new thermostat. Works great now. We have used A&A Appliance for at least the last 20 years for occasional appliance repairs. They have always been prompt and have always solved the problem. After my experience with the used refrigerator, they have me as a customer for the rest of my life!

Found a good cheap electric stove for my daughter in-law. Was treated well by knowledgeable people. Definitely would recommend this place over the others nearby

Bought a used washer, they brought it out, installed it, we went to use it and it didn’t work. It would not get past wash, wouldn’t rinse or spin. When we called to let them know they sent out a guy to look at it, I wasn’t home so he spoke with my mom who came over. He looked at it and told her it worked fine and that it was user error. I told my mom there was no way it was user error so she tried to use it and it wouldn’t work for her either, imagine that. We called again and let them know and they did bring us out another used washer. Except this time the washer they brought us was disgusting. I have attached photos below that were taken the same day they delivered it. The man that came out to install it was also rude to his employees the whole time they were working. Makes me wonder if the used appliances are even looked over or tested before selling. Unprofessional business. Will not be using them again. Hopefully this washer atleast works!

Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...

I called and was scheduled an appointment right away! Shawn came to my home, was friendly and knew the exact issues. He ordered the parts needed and came back two days later to make the repairs and collect payment.
I recommend this company and Shawn and appreciated his help to fix, not one but three of my appliances.

I had their repairman to my house this week to look at a double wall over that was over heating. He walked into the kitchen and said”this will not be able to be repaired as we can no longer get the parts” He then spent a fair amount of time talking politics and the way of the world. He turned the ovens on and off. I got a bill for diagnostic services. I called and talked to Gary (owner) and tried to explain my concern. He kept interrupting me and finally said, “just disregard the bill” I tried again to tell him my concern and he told me “don’t tell me how to run my business” and hung up. I called back and he would not listen to anything I had to say and again hung up. Very rude! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used this business in the past but will never again.

We purchased a kitchen aid refrigerator, we'll the door keeps fall off, and it's heavy.
they ordered the door over a year ago, got in the wrong door, ordered it again. still waiting.
Since then I've been diagnosed with stage 4cancer and my husband just had open heart surgery...I found a refrigerator with the door I need for $40. They won't put it on.... he hung up on me
