The driver was proactively checked the real status of the flight - and was already there waiting for me even when my flight arrived earlier than the schedule. He was very courteous, professional, and helpful with all my luggage. His driving was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this service and will use them again in the future.

The driver arrived as scheduled and was very courteous. The sedan was clean and spacious for a comfortable ride to the airport. The price is extremely reasonable given the fact that it was door-to-door pick-up and drop-off making it a stress free experience. We will definitely use A-1 Airport Cars again!

I have started using A-1 Airport Cars exclusively for my private car service needs to and from Metro Airport. The cars are immaculate, the drivers are very punctual, and their rates are very competitive. Most of my use is for business travel, but I recently used them for a personal trip. My husband has mobility issues and we were very concerned to find that they aren't allowed to pick us up at the curb outside baggage claim. The driver was very compassionate and worked hard to insure my husband was able to make the short trip to the garage parking without undue stress. Additionally when I had multiple flight delays due to weather on a past business trip, they continually monitored the status of my flight and although I arrived several hours after my intended return time, the driver was right there in baggage claim to greet me when I arrive.

I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car service.

Do not use this car service! I booked them for an airport ride and they never called to say they were running late. When I called them the dispatcher said the driver should have called me but would be there in ten minutes. Then after ten minutes I had to call the dispatcher again and he told toild me it would be another 15 minutes. Twenty five minutes late for a twenty five minute ride. It was impossible to believe that this was accurate so I made alternative arrangements. The dispatcher assured me they would not bill me for a ride they never provided but there was the charge this morning. I guess that is why the AMEX dispute center has employees. They will not get paid for a ride they never provided. Liars on how late they were running. Liars on not billing my account. Do not use this service if you need a timely ride to the airport!

Having arrived from the UK, the driver was already waiting for us even though we were more than an hour earlier than we had booked. He was excellent in every way, and the "reasonable" price charged was exactly as stated on the website with no hidden extras. Very good indeed (as was the car).
