Scheduled an appointment and the repairman knocked on the neighbor's door, he then left without even calling, checking, or anything. Had to call the company myself and found out why no one showed up, I rescheduled for next week just to give them the benefit of the doubt and when the worker came by told me he didn't even work on top load washers at all. Terrible communication from the company and do not expect timely service in any capacity.

I bought a refrigerator end of October beginning of November, the fan and compressor went out. Called to have them come look at it. They said they could come that day or the next the didn’t know, asked for a better time frame since most of us work said he’d give a call back and I never heard back from them.

Bought a washer from A-1 Appliance. It leaked on the very first load, flooding half my home. Returned it as it has a “6 month warranty”. 2 weeks later I got it back and it still leaked. They’ve promised to replace it but it’s been over 4 months and I’m out my hard earned cash. This business is getting away with taking advantage of hard working people by selling them broken appliances and turning their backs on their customers and the community. Don’t waste your time or your money by doing business with them.

Horrible experience. We bought our washer and dryer from them. The washer stoped working. They came and ‘fixed’ it. It’s broke again and they don’t seem to want to honor their warranty. We call they don’t answer or they do, set up a time to check it out and then no show. I’m truly surprised they are still in business. Avoid at all costs ! They will not honor a warranty like they should. They don’t seem to care about keeping loyal customers or their own reputation.

They have come to our home and looked at our washer and dryer. They had to be replaced and they were great to deal with. We bought used washer and dryer from them. They took away the old ones away. The only problem we have had is getting a hold of them. We are having problems with our dryer we bought from them and haven't been able to get a hold other to see if they can fix it.

1 star is to much id give them 0 stars if i could. Seemed like a decent place whem i bought a used dryer thru them. Dryer came with 6 month warranty so when it broke i never thought it would be a issue. Broke they sent someone out about a week later said it was fixed it wasnt. Called to tell them they had to come back said they would be there thursday or friday. Never came and never called. Called them the following week multiple times no call back. Then the following week the sent someone out replaced another part still didnt work. They said they would look into what else it could be.Its now been almost 3 additonal weeks of me trying to get them to fix it or just give me my money back . They are never there never return calls very unprofessional. Not to mention it when i wss there last week during business hours the store was locked and an empolyee was on a beer run avoiding potential customers . Highly recommended goimg elsewhere
