A-1 does a fantastic job I've used them for many years. Have had several fireplace chimney cleanings service was always great. Had them rebuild 2 chimneys over the years. If there is ever an issue they were more accommodating to resolve it. Highly recommend them.

Compared to the other services, i got the same information from a1. They were more affordable. I would have given them a 5 star but they need to work on their communication a bit more. But the guys did a great job, professional, respectful and informative.

Scheduled a cleaning and inspection for a new house with a reasonable quote. I couldn't be at the inspection because they asked to show up early which was fine because my father was there. Was charged for a deep cleaning and repairs that ended up being 4 times my quoted price and never received a call to authorize it because my father "authorized" it without ever being told of any price changes. This was not his house. Customer service was no help because their technicians can charge the price they want and "work was done."

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. They have poor costumer service skills and will tell you they fixed the problem after you pay and turns out issue wasn't resolved. Hired to fix a chimney leak and it is still leaking only to be told it could be something else with the chimney and that I will have to pay a additional cost to see what's wrong after I already paid to have issue investigated by the company.

Did not feel the technician knew what he was doing. Mentioned some hairline cracks in the slab near the bottom but didn't mention that the flu was missing or that some of the flashing was pulled away from the wall which every other Chimney sweep has in the last 6 yrs. He had difficulty getting his equipment up the Chimney so he only cleaned about 4 ft up. Every other Chimney sweep has also attacked it from the top. There was a major language barrier to top it all off. Don't be sending techs out who are just learning English. What I did clearly understand was that he wanted around $800 to replace a slab with major (hairline) cracks. I will be getting a second opinion.

An extremely unprofessional company. I called and made an appointment 12 days ago, gave them my address and they said they will come today to clean my chimney. They called and canceled on the day of the appt and said I was too far out of the area. I’m in Kenosha how am I too far? Why didn’t you look up my address 12 days ago when I made the appointment? I called this morning to speak to a supervisor about this & four hours have passed by and nothing. Horrible customer service would not recommend this company.

They did a good job cleaning the fireplace chimney. 2stars because I left two voice mails and still never received a call back. O stars for trying to charge 180.00 for a new cap, it's a 30.00 part lol. I fixed the cap for free. Kinda shady.
