$15 off coupon is expired, but I was given $10 off a $60 smog check. The price quoted is for cash since there's a percent charge for VISA/Mastercard. The employees are very responsive, including when I called on the phone. I was in and out in about 15 minutes after the mechanic started on my car. I recommend for those who need a STAR smog.

I've been going here for over 4 years now. Owner is never rude, greets you, smog tests your car, if it doesn't pass you get a free retest, I appreciate the quick service, pricing seems fair, easy process

I pulled in and looked for someone to help me. a few minutes later and car pulled up and an employee entered, looked at me and went into the garage area....... then another employee showed up and did the same. after 5 minutes or so he left.... the other person makd eye contact with me and just sat there no interest in a potential customer........

Went and got a smog and did not pass because I had jumped my battery that morning. I was still charged $50, and was informed that I needed to drive as far as Palmdale and back. I visit Palmdale often and didn't mind, so I purchased a new battery and drove my truck to Palmdale and back to LA. In addition, I drove around LA for 7 days and decided to take the truck back because I had driven much more than requested. Got there on a Monday and his whole system was down so was asked to come back the following day. Well I get there on Tuesday, wait about 20 minutes while he's running my truck and then he comes to me and says "your truck is still not registering," and i'm like "why" he says "I don't know, take it to your mechanic," so I say, "but what am I supposed to tell the mechanic" and he says "I don't know." I then ask him can I come back again and he pretty much tells me my $50 is gone and that I'd have to start over. I believe his machine was still down or this place is full of it because my truck should have passed because according to the mechanic it is perfectly fine, just a little ugly, but perfectly fine.

Can't drive standard transmission(stalled 6 times, jumped off dyno). Can't find fuel cap release. Can't read labels under hood. Can't operate hood prop. Interrogated me about failing Smog months ago when I didnt own the car. Drugs? Senile? Both?

DO NOT GO
The people can't drive manual transmission at all. They burnt out my clutch and won't even pay for the damages they've done. They wouldn't even pay for a tow to get home.I had to pay out of pocket.

Service was poor. Representatives did not explain why my vehicle failed. Shoved the price of paper charged me 50 bucks told me to go to my mechanic to figure out what happened
