Easy to talk to - Carrie is knowledgeable about CPA practices and IRS issues. She works well with our CPA Tax Returns and coaching our in house bookkeeper. Bookkeeping has always been a problem area for our business; having Carrie overseeing our Quick-books and keeping us on track with Generally Accepted Accounting practices (GAP) provides me with financial information to make decisions on expansion, payroll, expenses, etc.

I'm a single mom of 2 and when a letter arrived from the IRS saying I owed thousands of dollars - simply because I DID NOT FILE A FORM from a previous tax return. She was all of that and more! She was so nice, so down to earth, not at all intimidating like what comes to mind when you think of "Tax Attorney". She got my case resolved in literally 8 calendar days. I know every case is different but 8 DAYS! I had been back and forth with the IRS literally since maybe July of 2019! It is now almost April of 2021! I am still shocked that it's finally over. Carrie if you are reading this, thank you again SO much!
