Joshua came out to check both A/C units, of which he did a thorough job. His documentation and photos to explain what would be needed to prolong the life of the units was second to none. He did a really good job explaining what’s going well and what’s going to need attention. Pictures speak a thousand words and the manner that you present them.

Devo quickly solved the issue and repaired the unit then he explained to me the advantages of adding a compressor saving kit. He proved it with his clamp meter. The only issue was he was new with the company and the quote was different from the total price but we worked it out and I am satisfied. Truly a life saver in this Texas heat.

The techs Chris, Ron, & Vernon all do really good work. Patient and effective work.. however in the office, Amy needs to work on her tone & how she talk to people. Very much so unprofessional and a nasty attitude.
