Worst experience ever. I wish there were zero starts to give instead of even one star.
Regarding my reservation, I was provided the final copy of the receipt after I requested them.
I was charged rate of $1.99 more per day as per my reservation. And when I called the rental car company for clarification about why the rate is different, I was told that I was given a walk in rate (where as I showed her reservation). Why would you give me a walk in rate without asking me? The lady over the phone was really RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL that she hung up the phone on me when I asked her to give me clarification for why I was being charged more! I have never had such a customer service before from anyone. Attaching photos of car for reference for what you get and how you are being treated in another story!

How easily you can blame customers for putting reservation under wrong number ? How easily you can shove off hands by commenting all of this!!

- I was offered car when I drove about an hour! While I was at your location I told your agent that the car is not clean and what did I get in reply? “I know I have made note of it” how ridiculously you can say that I declined the replacement car I was offered! I declined because I had already drive an hour away and you guys wanted me to come back one hour for that? What a formality you guys offered! I should have been offered it then and there when I told you guys that the car is dirty!

- the reservation was under my name I had all the rights to be informed that you guys need to cancel my current reservation and do a new reservation for the change of driver! I asked the lady if there are any charges for the change of driver she said “NO”!

- the last and most least you could do is to insult a customer by hanging up the phone on them! How unprofessional and rude that is when a customer is asking for clarification of what they are being charged!

Reina checked me out and she was quick, kind and easy to deal with. She gets a thumbs up. Checking in was a bit ridiculous, the staff were fine, but it took forever, and there weren’t enough people to deal with the customer traffic. They did handle some exuberant customers with grace though. And the fine print definitely easy to miss. But all in all not the worst experience I’ve had.

If you're okay with waiting for a long time then get a vehicle from this place whether you wait at the rental depot to be taken to their office or to get back to the airport after you dropped off their vehicle or just to get your deposit back. It is all about waiting with them. Don’t ask questions because the ladies at the front desk will give you that hard look … only the Filipino guy was really nice.

I actually walked from the rental depot to their rental office because their shuttle never arrived. It is not too far but if you are with your family, kids and lots of bags don’t risk it . You will be walking through a bunch of junkies and some human waste stuck in between your luggage wheels.

They definitely need more employees, they are super busy and I am sure that’s the reason of their attitude. They just need more guys. I actually felt bad for the guys bringing you the car.

The vehicle I rented had numerous scratches, non-functional mirrors, and a half-full gas tank, which made me question the quality of their service. On the highway, there was a roaring sound coming from the rear wheels and I couldn’t never connect the map to their car. I am sure the only reason this car still running is because I got a Corolla and Toyota cars are good.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Allied Rent a Car on W. Century Blvd in Los Angeles. The vehicle we received was extremely dirty, old, and had very high mileage. It appeared as though the car had never been washed. We had to use disinfectant wipes on the entire car just to feel somewhat comfortable sitting in it. The car seats provided were also exceptionally old and dirty.

We rented through Priceline and had to wait an hour for the shuttle from LAX, which then took us to another location where we were transported by a second van to the rental car facility. Upon arrival, we had to wait another hour to receive the car. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout this entire process.

When we attempted to cancel our reservation through Priceline, they informed us that we needed to resolve the issue with Allied. Unfortunately, Allied was not helpful at all. This was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. We were visiting LA with two young children on our first family vacation, and this was a terrible start. I strongly advise avoiding this company and specifically this location.

Worst car rental company ever!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! (Like all the other honest 1 star reviews on here, read them, I’m sure the Owner will respond to me and tell me how I’m wrong. They are liars and the way they do not care and argue with their customers shows you who you are dealing with. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews that say “so and so was great”. Read all the 1 star reviews with multiple likes on them.

1. They charge you double whatever you initially paid to get Collision (CDW) insurance. Unlike other car rental places they will not let you rent a car unless you buy this. And I’ve triple checked on Priceline’s website, it says nothing about CDW being required. They only tell you this at the counter. They need to have these extra fees in big bold letters up front. Otherwise they are hiding it. If you have partial insurance it doesn’t matter. They make you buy full from them. It makes the rental way more than other more quality places.
2. The shuttle is not easy to find, it’s not at the same place as the other LAX shuttles which is ridiculous.
3. This rental company is in a sketchy run down area.
4. The cars they rent to you creak and are worn down and broken and held together with zip ties. And if you don’t notice these by looking yourself they will not write it down on the paper for damage before you drive the car off the lot.
5. If you return at night you have to figure it out alone and drop it off in the sketchiest car park structure. I wouldn’t be surprised if people got robbed here. Then you have to haul your luggage down 3 flights of stairs and drop your key off and hope they don’t rip you off.
6. They charge you a $500 holding deposit which is double the amount of other companies. So you sure better hope you do everything to a T to get that deposit back.
7. The people at the counter are not very friendly and do nothing to help you.
8. They will not let you get a refund if you want to go somewhere else before you use the car.
9. If you return your car late then there is no shuttle and you have to pay for a uber to the airport. It’s not close enough to walk.

Do yourself a favor and go find any other company. Don’t get scammed by these guys. Yes you will get a car. Everything else will be a nightmare. (I will update and respond to the owners lies if they choose to respond, I refuse to let other customers be scammed like this, this is just a crappy company with an owner who does not value or listen to real customer feedback.)

Excellent customer service! Stanley was very pleasant and friendly. Took the time to explain everything clearly before handing over the keys. The rep at the front desk was amazing as well, she was quick and clear service. Will absolutely rent again from them. The entire process took less than 25 min.
