Well I may be the only one who didn’t have a negative experience. I called in wasn't on hold for too long. Abel was very professional and finished the transaction quickly. I already knew what I was calling in for, but he made sure to reiterate where my collections were coming from and why. He also went over my transaction with me before he proceeded to charge me.

If a company was a dumpster fire this would be it. 25 plus calls a week while I'm at work, leaves the same automated VM everytime . I keep deleting them. I like how they keep calling expecting me to pick up. Umm no.

I get robo calls from this number 5-15 times per week. Apparently, Rebecca wants to talk with me but she refuses to tell me why she is calling. So, I blocked the number and the next thing I know getting calls from the same company with different number. Based on the previous reviews everyone is having similar issues.

I just wanted to post to comment and laugh at @Jeramiah Wilson post. 🤣 🤣 🤣 It doesn't let us make a reply to others comment reviews. But I just had to laugh and post. Because I've been experiencing the same calls as everyone else. But reading theirs. Is exactly what I keep saying. Like who is this REBECCA RUSSELL that keeps calling?! And it's just a machine. I've blocked that number, and it's all I hear on my voice mail. But no one ever says anything else but the company name. And then, they never answer when you call them. So, guess you stay on block.

The company calls you with an automated service, doesn't tell you what they're calling for and makes you sit on hold for long periods of time to speak with someone when THEY CALLED YOU. Then the two times I have waited long enough to get through to someone, they hang up on me the second I say hello. Then they say they report to a credit agency after they make it impossible for you to reach them. If I don't make contact with someone soon I plan to report them, they make it nearly impossible. Terrible company.

Typical debt collector. Blows your phone up with robo calls and robo voicemails. Doesnt answer the phone when you try and contact them. Just all around horrible company. Just to let yall know idk what I owe or who I owe but yall won't get a dime. 🙂

I don't have anything but they have called me 3-10 times a day for months (maybe even a year?). Always clogging my voicemail with their fake robo lady Rebecca Russel. Block one fake number and another one calls after a few times of not getting through
