Nice people in the office, my experience at this location was great, 2 hours for in and out.
Could not find any parking at the truck stop near the city, I went there straight at night and they do have some space for overnight parking for about 3 trucks, me and there was a one more truck parked right next to me in the warehouse no one get bothered by the warehouse workers.

Don't believe what they put on this page. Do you think you are going to get loaded early? Think again, Driver with appointment after you will get in the door before you because I was told their product got pull on Friday now if both driver picking up on Monday your appointment his before the other what order are you going to pull first I guess you give any kind of answer to keep from telling the truth my first and last time here

Slow loading 3 hours on the dock before they start loading, you will waste your precious hours in this facility.

Docks can be tricky, specially if assigned the docks by shipping/receiving office. Overnight parking (haven’t had any issue). Checked in at 7 AM, got called pretty soon and dock assigned. Left within 2 hours. Overall good experience here.

Showed up 6 hours before my appointment time. Got me in a dock 3 hours early and started loading immediately.
Tight lot when there’s a lot of trucks and it has a few moon crater sized potholes. Nice people.

They are very unprofessional and disrespectful, wouldn't even listen.
I had 7 rolls delivery which should not take more than 20-30 min but it took them 1.5 hours to unload.

My driver had a 2pm appointment but unfortunately he was late due to slow unloading at previous delivery. He arrived two and a half hours late and they started loading. I am giving them 5 stars for this only. Have no idea how long loading will take but for me these people are awesome
