I filed my business taxes with Theresa from Barber Tax Service. I LOVED working with Theresa. She was so organized, confident, and knowledgeable. She helped me quickly change my business from a sole proprietorship to an S-corp and found a few mistakes I had personally made the year prior with my taxes and business. She helped me fix those mistakes and helped me set up my S-corp. She is amazing and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her!

I moved to US about two years ago and my first tax return was for 2020. A colleague recommended Barber Tax Services, so I used their services to file the tax return.
I am in US on a work visa and have my wife and son on a dependent visa. So, my wife and son didn't have an SSN and needed to apply for ITIN. When filing for the 2020 tax return I was told that my 1040 needed to be filed as a paper copy with two ITIN (W7) applications attached with it and it would take a bit longer (as it had to be processed manually) but there was nothing to worry about.
Well things didn't go to plan, the ITIN applications were rejected. I contacted Barber Tax Services, they told me to visit IRS office and they couldn't really help beyond that.
So, now after filing new W7's twice through IRS office, my wife has been issued an ITIN but my son still doesn't have an ITIN and I am still struggling and trying to figure the whole thing out on my own, "WITHOUT ANY SUPPORT FROM BARBER TAX".
Barber Tax just prepared the original tax return forms, indicating that I was supposed to receive a reasonable amount in return, but when IRS decided to deny the W7's and told me that it was not IRS but I who owed them additional amount, Barber Tax just told me that I was on my own to resolve the issue.
So net outcome of the whole exercise, I paid Barber Tax to prepare the tax returns for me, resulting in a decision from IRS that the taxes withheld from my paychecks were not enough and I needed to pay more, and a lot of grief and issues that I am still tryin to resolve on my own.
