ZERO stars do not list your property on it is a complete hassle and nightmare. The customer service is awful and you can't understand what they are saying as they don't speak English. Transferred to multiple people complete runaround for our property listing. This company should get sued if someone is looking for a class action lawsuit this would be perfect.

We are so disappointed with booking.com about their policy-We Price Math Claim. We did provide as they requested-screen shot and link that showed the cheaper price $405 than we bought in $624. As soon as we found out the cheaper price before we checked in the hotel and we didn’t arrive at hotel at all. However, so sad that the customer service staff are playing games with us. The first person guided me to provide screen shot and link with cheaper price. I did submit as soon as the telephone conversation ended. She did respond to me a refund will be processed. I did trust her and trust booking.com company. After 13 days I called them back for 5 times. They hanged off me without even letting me finish my conversation. When I reached the last customer service, I told her: Do not hang off me until I finish and I need her help to solve my problem and my case requesting a refund. Lastly, she let me finish my conversation and Ask me to wait for transferring me to her manager for further help. And then she requested me to send her the invoice of my original price $624 and then they processed. I continue trusting her and booking.com. She finally made me stop the telephone conversation and said she will send email to me. The email said: “unfortunately, we are unable to process your claim as we didn’t not receive it on time.” They keep refusing to admit that I did submit it on time and as soon as I found out the cheaper price and before I checked in my hotel room. Actually, the hotel did advise us to call booking.com for a refund. Now I really don’t know what to do and which department I should contact for a refund. So sad and disappointed because booking.com doesn’t follow their policy to do We Price Math Claim.

STAY AWAY! Based on the reviews , I am going to see if there is an attorney that would be interested in filing class action lawsuit. I will also be contacting the Attorney General.

I checked-in on 8/31/2024 at the Extended Stay in a Stockton CA and there was a dog barking in a room next door ALL NIGHT (The recording was to booking.com)

I called the front desk 3 times and the hotel did nothing about it. In frustration, I called booking.com and the representative called the front desk, no one answered, so they stated there was nothing they could do.

They sent me an e-mail at 5:31am on 9/1/2024 stating that they sent Extended Stay an e-mail and they had 48 hours to answer. I never heard from Extended Stay and to date, no one has contacted me by phone and e-mail.

I literally was up for 24 hours because of the dog barking, so I checked out on 9/1.

The front desk stated that 6 other people complained about the dog and they understood me checking out. I was advised that they would credit me once they spoke to booking.com. 25 days later, no credit.

If using booking.com was the only way to book, I would never travel again!!!!!

In 2023, I modified a booking due to a flight delay in the U.S. I received confirmation from Booking.com of the cancellation and the assurance that I would be refunded. However, the refund never arrived, despite multiple phone calls during which Booking representatives assured me it would be processed. Since I don’t have time to waste, I gave up. Whether this was due to intent or negligence doesn’t matter. In either case, these few withheld funds will cost you all the earnings I would have generated for the platform over the next 30 years, simply because I will never use your services again and will share this unpleasant experience with everyone I know and meet in the future.

Booking.com hotel listings are misleading. I booked a room for my 3 year anniversary and it was horrible. Dirty outdated room, with moldy carpeting. The jacuzzi was painted so when you added water the paint pealed off. The hotel will do nothing for me. Booking.com will not refund my money. Even after I showed them pictures. They will not let me review the property on booking.com to show the real condition of the hotel room. The pictures they show on the site are nothing like the actual place. Misleading and so so wrong. They have zero sympathy and will side with the hotel management. I will never use them again.

If I could give this company a negative one I would. I’ve been using booking.com for years. A mistake happened on their website system and when I called them to rectify it, took long to respond & not resolve. I had to call again, and the hotel. They kept bouncing me back to each other like a tennis match because booking didn’t want to take responsibility . At the end booking didn’t refund me the money that they took from me for a room that was never used or gave me a solution to my issue. I asked them to accommodate me a room for the correct dates and they said no. No coupons, no discounts, and no I’m sorry…. this was for a business trip! I had to share my room with my assistant because I couldn’t pay another room again and expense it. I can’t expense a room not used. I’m so angry with your company. Not even an accommodation for a long term customer? What’s the problem with refunding me $125 when you’re making billions!!!!

Please review that call. I hope it was recorded. I constantly asked to be transferred to a supervisor or a manager. And I was denied that too. I am going to complain about you every where I can and you will never have my business again. I hope that you lose customers through it because this is a terrible way of conducting business.

DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM! Booked a room, and because of the setup on the site or a gliche, my room was booked for a year later. I was offered no solution by customer service, and it seemed as though they had no idea of what they were doing. They couldn't even get my name correct. My only choice was to cancel and rebook the room, which brought the price up from about $100 to $170 for 1 night...at Motel 6. There were no offers or solutions to this, and I was trapped into paying them because they could not get the first payment back to me for at least a week. And for some people, money isn't an issue and can easily do this. But those people are unlikely to be staying at the same motel. But for people that have a Motel 6 budget, that's a huge problem. And it was so much more irritating to get into the room and see a sign posted with the rate for one night at $99. But hey, if you like companies that surreal your money, have no solutions or integrity, by all means, book with booking.com. I mean, everyone likes to be screwed, right?

And then I waited...
Still nothing from either booking.com or Motel 6 about any of this. Seems like they don't care.

I had a horrible experience with Booking.com. I booked a hotel through their platform, and they charged me the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. I followed all the proper steps for cancellation, well within the allowed time frame, and was assured I’d get a refund.

However, despite multiple calls and emails, I never received my money back! The customer service was unhelpful and kept giving me the runaround, promising me that the issue would be resolved, but nothing ever happened. They essentially stole my money, and I’ve been left frustrated and without a resolution.

I will NEVER use Booking.com again and would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through them. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help you out or return your hard-earned money.
