One of the workers was okay but the others one were rude. When people are bringing their children to get a bear I would think they would be a little friendly. We got 3 bears and she asked if we wanted a box she stuff all the bears in one box and when I asked she said it’s .95 like ummm yea I saw the price and still wanted it. No birth certificate or anything this was a horrible experience for me and my family.

I got my brother’s birthday bear here. Staff were so nice. The other build a bears are so loud and a lot but this place is perfect when you want something more relaxing.

Absolutely amazing experience for my two year olds birthday! They made her feel so special and let her help build her Elsa! She’s in LOVE with her Elsa bear and won’t put it down! The lavender scent is really nice and the Let It Go song is her favorite! She loves feeling the heartbeat! I can’t thank Build A Bear Enough for the pride and joy I feel at seeing my baby lover her bear so very much!

Staff could not have been nicer. This location is a bit of a nightmare to get to since it’s in a very chaotic Walmart but the staff more than make up for the hassle. They were so kind on the phone and in person. Really impressed with their customer service. They deserve a reward and all the kudos.

The staff is friendly and they created a wonderful experience for my toddler. The shop is cute, a bit smaller than other build a bear shops, but they had the most popular characters in stock, which is absolutely sufficient.

The girls here need raises! They were so professional and sweet. They work in a rough spot and are so happy and polite. My son loved it and talked about it for days! (We had to come here because the locations were out of The Grinch)
