Had suffered for many years with heavy periods went to him for a second iopinion after years of suffering my original gyn did nothing about it. Dr Flores recommended I have a hysteroscopy ablation. I just had it done and I felt great so far.

Beyond amazing! Don’t let the charming personality, ravishing, handsome, good looks and the young age fool you. This doctor is on point. Dr. Carlos is on the up and up with the latest in medicine but yet has the old-school charm of a classic Dr who really cares. He definitely doesn’t treat you like just a number but rather, a friend or a relative. You feel the warmth and consideration when you deal with Dr.Flores. I have nothing but amazing things to say about him and I highly recommend everyone to come and experience his expertise and office. The staff is so warm and friendly and Peachy who works at the front desk is just the sweetest angel there is. Don’t take my word for it. You will definitely understand my reviews when you go to the office.

My own experience there was awful and the staff was very rude each and every time I went into that office. So you couldn’t blame it on a bad day.
They always cancelled appointments and never rescheduled me.
I could go on about my negative experiences there but I won’t. Just know I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Dr.Flores was my gynecologist for 6 or 7 years. Pap smear was always negative. 2022 December diagnosed with breast cancer ?stage 3A, had surgery and chemo and radiation. 2023 March regular exam, told him I have pelvic pain. On and off. He promised he would put an order for ultrasound. Never happened. Managed my pain with Ibuprofen. Called the office every month. Nothing happened. Eventually in November he sent me to ultrasound. Was bad already. Then MRI and CT scan with contrast. Went to another Dr, diagnosed with stage 3C aggressive ovarian cancer. Had my hysterectomy and huge debulking surgery which lasted 6 hours. Then chemo, second time within one year.
I wouldn’t recommend Dr.Flores to nobody! Not even for my enemies. I mean it. Run! My biggest mistake ever was choosing him as my ObGY.

I asked to speak to management she wasn’t available until a week later and when I did speak to her she wasn’t any help . Front desk seems not to know about insurances … They denied my service although they take my insurance and I’m still left seeking for answers. Not the best experience considering I’m 3 months pregnant and was referred by a friend here. Very unfortunate

You can trust Dr. Flores with your health, family and life. I'm not one for writing reviews but I understand that is how a lot of us women try and find a good OB to go to that we can trust. Dr. Flores is skilled, smart, and won't mislead you in any treatment that you need. He and his staff are kind and thorough. He performed a fibroid removal surgery on me a week ago flawlessly. I would highly recommend him and his staff to any woman looking for a great OB.

This is the best obgyn I have had! He is very helpful, caring, takes his time with each patient, and will always answer all your questions. I had to have anc-section at 36 weeks and he did such an awesome job that I didn’t feel so much pain after and you can’t even see my scar. Other people have said that they have had to wait 2 hours I too have had to wait long but it is because 1. He is coming from the hospital because he is delivering a baby or 2. He is taking his time with each patient. So you have to have patience because he will give you the same attention he gave those patients.

The front desk girl Stacy has got to be the most incompetent receptionist I’ve ever met! Never does what she’s supposed to. How hard is it to replace her with someone who can follow simple instructions. Considering so many people are looking for a job. This office would be perfect without her!
