I ordered a spicy southwest salad from this location and found a fly as I was about to take my next bite.

Called corporate and received a follow up email saying they would give me ONE free salad or meal.

Unacceptable and unprofessional. Such a sad view from such a corporation with high standards.

This is a cute little location (drive-through only).
But the staff is very unknowledgeable!
I ordered an "IceDream" cone. When they brought it to me, it was lopsided and dripping all over the edges. They handed it to me with one napkin, and when I took it from her hand, it was dripping all over my hands. She was a bit surprised when I asked for additional napkins.

The young man who made it should practice a little more.

When I got to my car, I took a few bites and noticed it was hollow inside!

Chick-fil-A is known for its exceptional service and FRIENDLY team members, but this location falls short of these high standards.

The young man who took my order corrected me when I ordered an ice Dream cone. He said, "You want ice cream," and I said, "Well, it's called an ice Dream cone." He said, "Okay, an ice cream cone," and I said, "Well, since you work here, you should really know that it's called ice Dream." (He laughed!) Then I showed him the menu, which refers to Ice Dream!

The staff here is impressive, but I am disheartened to see employees working outside in 50-degree Fahrenheit weather without being permitted to wear beanies or heavy jackets. The wind was strong and the heaters were not working. Given the current health concerns, including pneumonia, I worry that employees may become ill due to insufficient attire, which appears to be a management decision to uphold the Chick-fil-A brand. We need to prioritize our employees' well-being.

So it’s Chick-fil-A and you have a certain standard to meet. As far as the food goes, everything is as expected. As far as the customer service, very poor. Didn’t hear a single “my pleasure” during the visit.

I understand it’s in an airport and subject to wide swings in busyness depending on arriving flights, but waiting more than 45 minutes for the opportunity to purchase food is too long. There was an open register and therefore an opportunity to staff for the rush.

The menu is limited in this airport location, but standard popular menu items are available.

I noticed my previous review was deleted so making sure it’s back. This is not a good service location. They did add the egg white grill after years of not having it. The food is good of course but the service here is the worst of any CFA restaurants. Not sure how they have a high rating, maybe deleted reviews?

Today I was having a really bad day and I wanted some food because it helps me relax and what not. I’m thankful for the employees service truly something about being asked If I’m okay when I’m having such a bad day honestly makes me happy and their jokes lifted my mood up too!! Friendly and sweet. Thank you to that one employee and such a great place!!

Feel like I wasted my time driving here. First, there is no indoor seating , so just eat in your car... second all I wanted was some soup as my throat hurts and was told that's the only thing they don't carry... I guess it's at least not as bad as those express versions with the cold burgers.
