Good EXPERT advice with no sales pitch!?Choice Tax Relief put me in contact with Tim who quickly and efficiently analyzed the overview of my tax situation, and to my surprise (unlike the other companies I contacted) he advised me to how to manage the situation on my own. He felt the best course of action was not to pressure me with a sales pitch but rather to help me, real help from a real professional was exactly what I needed. He helped me understand my options and he left the door open for me to come back to Choice Tax Relief with my business when the time was right. From my experience with Tim, I would recommend that a person in a tax situation should contact them for a no pressure, no commitment and no exposure opportunity to talk to an expert.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Tim one of the consultants or manager is very argumentative and didn't listen to any requests. I hired them to do my taxes and back taxes in 2023. They didn't reply to the emails I sent and said I didn't reply. Finally I asked for a refund after 2 months of no service and they said yes but never issued the refund. Finally I filed a claim with my credit card company and they issued a refund. Choice tax answered the claim and my credit card company reissued payment. I called choice tax relief to get the refund and they are only issuing a portion of the refund because they worked 3 hours on my file. The biggest ripoff I've ever been involved with. Then Tim was rude and told me to do what I had to do to get my money back. Stay away from these folks unless you're in California.
