Had a nightmare with my analyser, sent it to them and then didn’t hear anything for around 2 weeks, was then told it needed some parts and offered to replace it but it’s a spare so I said I’d rather just repair it. In total this took around 2 months. Finally got it back, put it in my house as a spare and then when it came to using it around 2 months later the CO sensor wasn’t working which meant I had to hire an analyser. I called them and they said it was out of the warranty period for the repair as I hadn’t used it but to send it back into them and they would look into it. Anyway I sent it around a month ago, chased them up last week as I hadn’t heard anything and they’ve told me they don’t have it and now just aren’t replying to me. So frustrating as this should be such a simple process. I used Testo for my other analyser and they were so much more professional and did what they said they were going to do. Avoid this company!

I booked and paid online and sent my analyser.

The website was saying quick turn around.
By 18-11-2024 haven't heard anything so I called them back and was told within the hour I would be called back and no one bothered to call me. I called back three timed with no response. The same on the 19th keep lying over and over. On the 20th
was put through to service department to be told: We are sorry it shouldn't taken this long. But if you pay extra i can service it now and send it with in hour. 12 days waiting stress and £274.80 paid.
It only took them 1 hour to calibrat it.
Calibration is done annually!!
Yeat my certificate runs out 30-04-2025
On my analyser saying November
Try to call them but no answer.
I guess they see my number in the screen and deciding not to answer.
I got charged for BIG SERVICE

Don’t believe their advertising, 3 day door to door service. Posted analyser on Wednesday and they said it be back with me the following Monday. I called Monday for an update and they hadn’t even looked at my analyser but promised I’d have it back the following day. Called again the following day to check and they still hadn’t looked at it. Certainly won’t be using them again for my analyser service.

You can't trust what they tell you, and you can't trust them to take care of your equipment.
I dropped off company and personal equipment to be calibrated on the 11th of June. I was told calibration should be around 5 days. It took 13 days.
When I collected the equipment, an employee brought the equipment to reception by stacking as much as he could on one arm, when he tried to put the stack onto the high level reception desk my 3/8 torque wrench rolled off and landed on the floor breaking the case. I explained he was trying to carry too much, and he then brought out 3 of my electrical test meters valued over £2000 balanced on one arm, the meter on the top nearly slid off.
They didn't offer to recheck the calibration i had to ask for the torque wrench calibration to be rechecked.
I was told they would try and get me a replacement case for the torque wrench. I was also told we could have an electronic copy of the calibration certificates emailed. It's been 3 weeks now, and certificates have not been emailed, and there's no mention of a replacement case.
This is the second issue I have had with lack of care with equipment, 2 years ago, they returned my Fluke 707ex test meter without putting it in its Fluke case.
I would expect a company that calibrates equipment to take extra care.

We use Compli for all of our gas analyser calibration. The service is prompt, efficient and the extra mile is always given if a quick turn-around is required. A special mention must got to Sheridan and Alex, who are both fantastic with regard to customer care.
Highly recommend!
