These people are a joke, if you do business at different Apt Communities, they require registration and payment with each one, at what point can you make money doing that? Can they not consolidate and keep a file for each company so we aren't spending money to register with each community? We paid $89 for submitting a W9, we don't need to provide insurance as we are not doing work on the property, just with the property. Properties, you are going to lose your locators who can be extremely helpful to your business if you continue to use this joke of a company.

Easy to navigate web interface and good tool to have centralized location to pull insurance documents, W9s, any permits/licenses that are state mandated, and Vendor Agreements (if you require your vendors to sign any.) Helps capture any cancellations and expirations of coverage keeping documentation current which is crucial if there's a claim. The negative reviews capture some of the challenges of working with this company. When there is an issue with a document provided to Compliance Depot their customer support team struggles to articulate what that issue is efficiently and quickly to the vendor or their insurance provider. Also if there's one item missing it holds the vendor in a status of Incomplete. Typos in submission, missing addendum, and discrepancies in lingo all can cause a vendor to remain at incomplete. Oversight and pushing through exceptions are essential to moving vendors to a status of approved.

The definition of middle man. Nothing of value to add, everything of detriment to give. Don't do business with companies involved with this evil entity. It's the only way to stop them. Let's get back to dealing with the customer directly.
