I was asked to find a company to help with my company's online reputation and came across Doctor dot com in 2016. We have been clients since then and they have exceeded every expectation I had. They were able to clean up differing demographic information across multiple websites as well as enable us to easily collect patient both in and out of the office. I am very happy with all of their services and their customer support. The in office review laptop is easy to use and has made collecting patient reviews easier than I could have imagine, it makes the review process quick and easy for our patients. Allowing us to collect multiple happy reviews on a daily basis. I would recommend Doctor dot com to anyone looking for an easy to use solution for review collection and online reputation management.

I am so happy that we are using this company. There are two ways to have a patient complete a review. One is in the office using their laptop; it is user friendly. The other way is to send a patient an email or text to the gmail link or other proprietary link that sends reviews out to a multitude of sites patients use to choose a provider. One thing that is awesome is the accountability built into the process.; my client success manager calls me monthly on scheduled dates to let me know how I am doing. Just being accountable makes me want to keep up with my responsibility in gaining reviews. The hardware and software is great, but the accountability is the secret sauce.

A very effective solution for collecting reviews from customers. I do not believe anyone else has anything that comes even close. The in-office device is very handy, and our patients love using it to provide reviews. We have been able to collect more than 180 reviews in a very short time! I wish we had been using this service from earlier.

In terms of opportunities for improvement, I wish I was aware of the importance of Healthgrades and the ability to ad this to our service right from beginning. In addition, getting Google and Yelp reviews have been challenging with this service.
