Exceptional service as soon as I flew in from BWI. The clerk here was so polite and professional. I love stopping to every Dylan’s I see. If it’s at Mohegan Sun resort and casino or in the original spot in NYC. Love, love, love this place.

Just received my first order of candy bars and popcorn. Was amazed at how well it was packed. Insulated, bubble wrapped and had a cold pack. Very impressive. Also things I’ve tasted so far are fantastic. I will definitely order again!

I was looking for certain color rainbow pops. To attach my sisters Loyalty Cards to. I came across this candy store. This candy store “Had exactly what I was looking for” an assortment of colors! And more, and had reusable shopping bags to match” The shipping was fast, I love the shipping carrier that they use. All of my “Whirly Pops were packaged Well behind my expectations”

If you like the feel of a speakeasy, this setting is perfect. The decor and cozy feel is great but do not expect to go with a larger group. Very small and intimate. The service was great and had unique cocktails. Was a little disappointed in the music level for such a small room. It was only 7pm and the music was already so loud you could hardly talk. It didn’t really match the ambience they were going for.

My flight was leaving out of DTW and knew Dylan’s Candy had a location in terminal A. Google said the store was open, so I made a special trip all the way from one side of the terminal to the other (it’s past A63) and when I got there, it was closed. Not in the best location and should update their hours on google to reflect what’s accurate. Huge waste of energy and time.

Manipulative advertising and pricing. Posts prices in a way that misleads. For example, they post under the M&Ms $8 per 1/2 lb, when no one is used to buying food that is priced per half pound. There are no scales to know how much you have except at the busy cash register. All in all, this is a business practices that takes advantage of people and makes it difficult to determine how much you will be spending until it is too late. I personally consider this very dishonorable and will not be giving them anymore business.

Waaaayyy overpriced and over-hyped. Communicating is a disaster. Shipping is a disaster. Messed up my girlfriend's Sweetest Day present and could not care less. Pickup some candy at the local drugstore for a far better experience.
