Dr. Aislinn Cassels-Hyde At Elixir Wellness is the best chiropractor I have ever met! She took time to listen to my issues and explained what techniques she would use and why. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me the best adjustment ever! The last chiropractor I went to couldn’t crack my neck in the 8 sessions. Dr. Aislinn was able to crack my neck during I first session today with ease leaving me feeling so much better. I highly recommend Elixir and Dr. Aislinn!!

From the office staff to the practitioners, I can't say enough about Elixer Wellness Center in Bend, Oregon.
Dr. Calley Asbill has improved my health on many levels including saving my thyroid! She's conscientious and methodical in her approach; and, her knowledge and ability to sleuth out the problem(s) are above and beyond. Stick with her process and you'll be the better for it. Highly recommend!
I use Dr. Aislin often for some neck and sacrum issues as well as things that come along in life. She listens well and provides great chiropractic care.
Joel is one of the best acupuncture practitioners I've ever used and I've seen some good ones. His insight into the functions and workings of the whole body are second to none. He has helped me with things that have kept me functioning well day to day-and no need for any pain meds.
I like to work with him along with Dr. Aislin. As a 66 year old, I appreciate all they do to "keep me in the game"!
I've also seen the massage therapist, Jordan. If you want/need a great massage, go see Jordan! She has an excellent "touch" and you'll want to see her again and again, I guarantee.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Aislinn for a few months now. She helped me in the final months leading up to welcoming my 4th baby, and I believe her treatment significantly helped that to go smoothly! Since then, she’s also been seeing my 4 kids (aged 3 and under) and I can’t speak highly enough of how amazing she is working with kiddos. They all felt immediately comfortable with her, and she was great talking through with me what she was working on. Additionally, the office staff have been helpful and kind, especially making it easy to understand my insurance.

Dr. Elizabeth Smith has been exceptional! I have felt so listened to and so cared for. She’s teaching me a lot about my body and has helped me overcome chronic fatigue through nutrition and supplements. She’s also been an amazing support for me as I’ve come off birth control pills and am relearning my cycle. Dr. Smith also prioritizes furthering her education to be knowledgeable for her patients. You won’t regret seeing her!

I have been seeing Dr. Aislinn Cassels-Hyde for about a year now and she is the absolute best! She works with my schedule to be seen when I am in immediate need, she has helped me work through serious pain issues from a skiing accident, back problems, and has taught me so much more about my own body. I highly recommend her based on her knowledge, compassion, and quality of care.

Super cute. Nicely decorated, it feels inviting and cozy. They have hot tea and water available while you wait. They also Carey herbal supplement and essential oils on site. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My life has changed ever since I’ve been see Acupuncture Theropist, Joel Amezcua, over 13 years ago. He is a superb acupuncturist and has helped me heal from a number of ailment and various injuries. I recommend him to everyone I talk to who is looking for a way to heal from pain, illness, injury or chronic conditions. Joel is the BEST in his field. I highly recommend him!!! I’d give him twelve stars if they were available!
