Bill and his staff has been doing not only my business and personal taxes but my parents and kids also. Warning - if you experience extenuating circumstances that lead to you missing your appointment (i.e. extreme weather in the mountains) fully expect this company to drop you, no explanation or questions asked. Glad to learn about the lack of integrity of this company before becoming a client. Reading other negative comments confirmed my negative experience.

Sloppy office, sloppy people. Unprofessional appearance, almost a hussy in the front office. Terrible on phone, mean, rude.
