Cannot recommend. They are vastly overpriced and you can find the same level of service elsewhere. For example, in 2021 I paid $925 for Ferrell & Kelly to prepare my 2020 taxes. I then switched to another CPA firm and only had to pay $510 to get my 2021 taxes return completed.

Additionally, Ferrell and Kelly completed my tax returns for 3 years. When I was first onboarded, I was given the impression I would be working with a partner, but each year I was passed on to different junior employees.

They Charge outrageous fees to file taxes even when you call them and ask questions they send you invoice after without even informing that consulting over the phone and appointments upon charge like attorney. Don’t even bother call them and ask questions otherwise they will send you invoice and threatening to send collection If you don’t pay for something you weren’t informed
