This place is just a small business that does not have the capability to handle virtual filings. I live in Texas so I reached out to them since my mother referred them to me since they are located in Florida and it was a mistake. This is a mom’s and pop’s business, they can only do so much, seems like they are better in their community and not expanding out because apparently they work better when you go into their office face to face but if you are emailing back and forth they never answer you, you don’t get a response. Mind you my review is based on 2 years, they did my taxes back in 2021 and that was a mission in itself but I gave them the benefit of the doubt well this year it was the same if not worst since I had to end up going somewhere else, so yeah this company has no integrity or professionalism. There are many others out there that have better technology and a quicker staff to get your things done if you travel for a living and can’t go sit with them to hold their hand so you can get your taxes done.
