We recently purchased six suits for my wedding party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to the incredible service provided by Anna.

Anna was an absolute gem. Her expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She guided us through the selection process with confidence, ensuring each suit was perfectly measured to fit the groomsmen's bodies and tailored to their individual needs. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout, and it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing.

My husband's father died on Sunday. He went to get measurements so he can order his suit online. An older lady came to help him. He asked her if he can get his measurements for a funeral. She proceeded to show him some suits. He said he didn't have time he just needed his measurements. (He was on his way to the funeral home to plan his father's funeral) She put the suits back and just walked away. Didn't get his measurements. This is already a very emotional and stressful time and she just added to it. I can't believe a person knowing that a person was getting a suit for a funeral can be so cold and dismissive during a time like this. You have lost our business, our families business, and will post this experience to every social media. Very disappointed

Customer service offered discounts and help at another store. All I asked for was a handwritten letter of apology. I'm still waiting for the letter.

Would not recommend Orland Park location for tuxedo rental. Employees tried to have me wear oversized tuxedo that looked sloppy. Not the friendliest of staff. Argumentative and poor styling sense. Had difficulty getting initial service even though made appointment.

I walked into the orland location trying to get a measurement for my son because he is slender and most styles have to be purchased on the joseph website online. The old lady with big hair and dark eye makeup behind the desk told us she doesn't measure to purchase online and sent us to the clearance rack. This is very disrespectful and we were offended, nothing about price was mentioned and she assumed that was all we could afford, i'm not sure if it was because my son has a darker complexion. We were in the area so that's why we came to orland, if it were not for the great customer service at the other oakbrook location they would have lost a loyal customer who has purchased many suits for work.

I visited the Jos A. Banks Orland Park Il location on June 15, 2024, It goes like this. I come in and a friendly salesperson greets me and asks how they can help. I thank them and tell them, “No thanks, I’m just looking.” But the friendly person is perplexed with my answer and not satisfied. They want to know specifically what I’m looking for. They want to know why I’m looking for it. They follow me around, and if I pick up anything, they insist on telling me about it. Then come the questions. What do I want it for? Whom do I want it for? And my absolute favorite — do I live in the local area?

At this point, I feel like I’m being attacked by a swarm of hornets. I can’t think, relax, or make a decision with them hovering around me. Their personal questions feel like stings. Anger flares inside me, and I’m determined to get out of there before I tell them to back off and where they can shove their nosy questions.

Refusing to reply, I shrug and retreat down the nearest aisle towards the exit. But the friendly person is after me like a hornet to honey, desperately trying to “connect” with me before I can make it outside to safety. Ignoring the pained expression on my face, they persist.

As someone who isn't much of a people's person, I enjoy the simple joy of walking around in solitude, imagining how those clothes would look on me or just browsing casually until I find something worth shelling out the big bucks for. And for someone like me, the worst thing anyone could do is shadow me around while I'm in my zone.

• It's annoying as hell.
• It adds unnecessary pressure on me to keep moving onto something else after spending less than a minute at one section.
• It makes me feel like a criminal - icky - to be more accurate.
• I feel smothered.

I genuinely feel sorry for the stores that find it appropriate to shadow people around.

I used the one in Orland Park, IL for all my groomsmen suits. All except one purchased their suits from this store. A larger friend of mine had to rent his. We are now 3 days out from the wedding and the rented suit is the complete wrong size. The gentleman that is renting the suit returned to get it addressed the concerns, he was greeted by an extremely rude employee. She informed him that the suit jacket was a proper fit even though it was extremely short on his arms, the original dress shirt came to the middle of his stomach. She then proceed to throw him "the biggest shirt they had" . He then asked for this employees name and she stated her name was Janet. When I called she stated that Janet was off today and her name was Kathy. This is beyond unacceptable

I just recently visited this store for a suit. Traditionally I have used men's warehouse, but after realizing the service and honesty was not there, I went to Jos A Bank. I can't speak high enough for this store, and more particularly the sales team. Greg is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Attentive, interactive, in tune with mens fashion and very helpful. He is truly an asset if you are in need of high quality service and clothing. You can not go wrong here, and especially with Greg!
