lousy experience. I went to do my taxes in this place six months ago and I still haven't received my tax refund. I went to the IRS and they told me that they can't give me a refund because they did the calculations wrong in this place. I've been to this place many times to get my problem fixed and they don't want to help me. the IRS tells me it is their obligation to fix the problem. But since they don't solve anything for me, I'm going to have to pay and go to another place to fix the mess they made. please don't go to this place!

I’ve been filing my taxes with them for 3 years but After this COVID 19 pandemic, the whole stimulus check situation... I’ve decided not to file 2019 taxes with them. I haven’t received my stimulus check, I call them and they tell me I have to be patient and wait...that I might get it next year. I’m like why? I have my direct deposit and everything that I need that makes me eligible unless they did some monkey business. Really disappointed because I was counting on that money to pay rent. Don’t go here ppl.

I've done my taxes here for a couple of years already and the times that I have been here I've been charged $60 and have always claimed dependents. This year I was charged $100. I asked why I was charged $40 extra and was told because I claimed dependents and that they had to keep copies of all the forms in case of an audit. From what I know a business shoud always always keep their forms in case of an audit.. so I honestly think they are taking advantage of the situation because to me thats not a valid excuse to charge extra money. Last time I will be coming here. And I will not be referring any more of my friends and family to this place ANYMORE!! SO DISAPPOINTED.

Me and my fiance found one of their apartment listing in Inglewood,ca. the minute it was posted on craigslist. I contacted the office and went to view the apartment. I was told their decision will be based on a verifiable income in which I and my fiance make 4 times the posted rent. We even offered to place a $1000 hold on the apartment and pay 1st month rent on January 1st $900. I was told they had to view more applications. The next day we noticed the same guy showing the apartment to a Hispanic family. The majority of the community is Hispanic. We feel like we were discriminated against because we are african American. What can we do to find out why we was not considered at all. This has happened a lot and we have spent close to $600 searching for apartments in this area that's close to our jobs. Does not seem fair or right. My application was in 1st before anyone. Can anyone help ?

Por favor asegúrense de cuando realicen sus impuestos en este lugar lo procesen adecuadamente y lo más importante de todo, que registren su transacción ante IRS,por que hace varias semanas realicé mi transacción de impuestos con ellos y yo confiada esperando recibir mi reembolso, llamo a este lugar y me dicen que mis impuestos fueron enviados.
Me comunico directamente a la línea de servicio al cliente de IRS y SORPRESA mis impuestos nunca fueron enviados, en la base de datos no registra que yo no he reportado mis impuestos hasta hoy 4/23/19.
Les llamo y le pido que me envíen mis documentos lo más pronto a mi casa para realizarlo en línea con un consultor de IRS (servicio gratis) y me dicen que van a avisar que día me lo pueden enviar .

Un consejo después de realizar alguna transacción en este lugar , por favor estar pendiente que su transaction se realize satisfactoriamente.
