I honestly don't know what we would do without Kadan Homecare! My dad has Alzheimers and frontal temporal dementia. It's been tough but Dina and her team at Kadan have been amazing. The caregivers we have been assigned are helpful to both my dad and my mom. They are caring and supportive. Would highly recommend. Don't shop - just call them!

Kadan CG took care of our mom during a 3 week home hospice stay. Hard to get used to having a "stranger' in the house 24/7 but soon we embraced the team as part of our family. They put a capitol "C" caregiving. Special shout out and recognition to Regina, Carla, Nyima and Marlo.

When I first entered Kadan I noticed they are Homecare with great difference. Very professional management team. They make you feel very welcomed and at home. Orientation team was super awesome! Ms. Lisa, Ms. Cassey, the clinical RN.. and the entire management team were awesome! We were served with beverages hot and cold and a choice of healthy Lunch! Thank you Ladies! You are all amazing!!!!

This is a review for potential applicants to read before applying to work here. I didn't like nor understand the interview process. I have applied to MANY (over ten) agencies throughout my career and this is the ONLY agency that requires you to do a face to face interview. If you know this process and how it typically goes then you know that there is usually just a phone or a zoom interview and IF there is a face to face, that's the second step (but that usually is never the case as the phone interview or zoom interview IS the actual interview). I had to go out of my way, put on my clothes, do my hair, put on a little makeup for a CAREGIVER role. IT'S A DOGGONE CAREGIVER ROLE!!! I am highly qualified to do the job as I am a Medication Aide and CNA. I was doing one on one sitting back in 2008 when I was very young so I'm not sure what Kadan's hang up is. I didn't feel welcomed. Anyhow, being that I had to go in for the interview, I was running 10 minutes behind and ended up going inside of the actual interview at about 13 minutes past the start time. I'm not sure if they held THAT against me? But the females that are in the office (Lisa and I think the other female was Casey) had mean girl energy anyway. Maybe I was overqualified? Maybe it's because I'm pretty IRL, I'm fit/in shape and had on really nice clothes so maybe appeared to not have needed a job as simple as this? Not sure but my homegirl had an interview with them last year and said she didn't like their energy either (I attached our conversation of what she said), which I didn't know prior to the interview. So it isn't just my experience because they didn't hire her either. If you have the patience of Job in the Bible and don't mind being sized up and don't need to get to work ASAP, then you may not mind this process. But if you're like me and many others who appreciate a simpler hiring process without the anxiety of a face to face interviews like this is corporate America then I would say keep looking.

I have been using Kadan Homecare for the past 4 years and they have been exceptional in helping to care for my mother who has dementia. Both home aides that we have had over that time have become like family. The first one keeps in touch with us even though she no longer works for us. The current one treats my mother as if she were caring for her own. The care manager is easy to reach and communicates with me well , no matter the issue. During Covid, I have been especially pleased with their services. The best thing for me about Kadan is the high quality of caregivers that they provide. I have used several other companies and they do not compare as they have been national companies and I felt they did not personalize my mother's care. Kadan has given me and my family peace of mind and are partners with us in helping my mother live out the rest of her life in the comfort of her own home. Thank you, Kadan!
