Is it possible to give more than 5 stars AMAZING experience from my initial inquiry to after my Oliver was groomed. I highly recommend Love On A Leash! Professional, caring, exceptional work, and most importantly the way Kim loved on my little man...I could tell he had a great experience because of how happy he was when he was done. Kim was beyond thorough and made sure not only all my questions and concerns were answered, she took the time to bond with Oliver beforehand and made sure he was comfortable. The follow up after to see if he was ok and I was happy with the grooming was also greatly appreciated. Can't say enough about them! Thank you Kim❤❤❤

"Love on a Leash" is hands down the best mobile grooming service that specializes in small dogs (-30lbs)! They recently groomed our two mini-schnauzers, Max and Milo, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The convenience of having them come directly to our home was a huge plus, especially since Max can be a bit clumsy and Milo always wants to be the center of attention. Alice was incredibly patient and attentive, making sure both dogs were comfortable and well taken care of. They both came out looking perfectly groomed, and the service was quick and efficient. If you're looking for a reliable and caring mobile groomer, I highly recommend "Love on a Leash." We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Paul made scheduling Ellie a breeze and he asked lots of questions to ensure that Ellie had a positive grooming experience. From the moment that Alice arrived, her warm and kind personality instantly put both Ellie and me at ease. She greeted us with a genuine smile, and it was evident that she truly loves what she does.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Love On A Leash ?. They did such a wonderful job on my golden doodle. We have tried a few groomers in the past and I can honestly say, Kim was absolutely amazing. She came on time, was super friendly, and listened to all my needs prior to the grooming session. My baby came back looking super adorable, cleaned, smelling good. Doodles are hard to get that perfect groom but Kim did just that… perfection!!! Thank you Love on a Leash team

Kim is very sweet and did an excellent job on grooming my dog; she came 15mins early and was very efficient all while making sure Athena looked amazing. She went above and beyond making sure that I was satisfied with her haircut ?

Monica the owner was also very nice through booking the service and was able to get me scheduled very soon. Definitely will be booking again!!

Love On A Leash grooming is my first experience using a mobile groomer, and I’m hooked! My dog’s groomer, Kim, is amazing at what she does. She’s communicative, puts so much care into her craft, and truly has a love for dogs, especially my pup. Couldn’t recommend this business enough! This review should be a zero but that's not possible to select so I'll go with 1 star. My dog was groomed today and unlike previous grooms with Love on a Leash I was very unsatisfied. Previously, Kim was our groomer and she was amazing! The previous owner Monica was also amazing, however she sold the business a couple of months ago to Paul. I can't make the same claims about him.

When my dog came back to me only 1/2 finished I reached out to Paul to see if he could come and look at my dog to rectify the issue. He told me I didn't charge you, use that money to bring him somewhere else to get groomed. The new and very young groomer claimed that the dog was matted, yet he had been groomed less than 5 weeks ago by Love on a Leash. Now when I say my dog looked ridiculous well you can see for yourself below. It's unfortunate that they have lost another customer today, not sure how many they can afford to lose, but being a business owner myself I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today.
