Crown didn't fit properly after adjusting it, so instead of making a new one, the dentist grinded it down to the metal part... So 10 years later, I have a tooth with a nice black spot on it. Every dentist I went to since, said a new crown shouldve been made.

I have been a client here for over 10 years and I absolutely loved it! However, the service that I received for my daughters most recent cleaning was beyond disappointing. My daughter went in for a cleaning prior to school starting and she was done in literally 5 -12 minutes. My friend stopped by with me and he couldn't believe it. Then the appointment that I had booked for over three months was canceled the day before I was set to come in. I asked for the next business day, never received a call. I called the following week, and was sent to voicemail both days . Ever since they lost their front desk manager, the service has been sub par. I love , love love Dr. A! He did an AMAZINGGGG job on my replacement tooth and his spirit is always so genuine and kind. Unfortunately, I called and asked for a call back from Michelle to discuss my dissatisfaction and I am still awaiting a call 4 weeks later. 🙁

Dr J and Dr A are awesome. I have a history of not doing well with dentists and both work well with me. Be it a cleaning or a root canal, my comfort is utmost imperative. Discussion on options is wonderful. Add in they work well with my SN child, and I can't recommend them higher.

Dr A had been 'advising' me to have my wisdom teeth pulled for years. I was reluctant because they weren't causing problems. On a recent checkup he told me that he had to pull one of my wisdom teeth to fill a cavity in the tooth next to it. Something didn't feel right because after I agreed I could have sworn I saw him smirk. I put down to him winning a little battle of will that had been going on for years. I was philosophical about it because I couldn't imagine that I was being duped.

On the day of the procedure, the nurse said that she was "just going to numb me up for my fillings". I asked the nurse if they were going to pull the wisdom tooth first, she said no, "fillings first" I told the nurse and then Dr A what I was told originally and Dr A told that I was clearly mistaken about what I had heard first time. So he compounded his lie by calling me a liar.

We put trust in our medical professionals, Dr A should be ashamed of himself.

Dr. A and Dr. J are amazing professionals! If you are worried about going to the dentist because of COVID-19 don't be. They are masked and gloved and face-shielded up! I felt very comfortable. Compassion, Professionalism, and Excellent Care!

Dr. Jacques and Dr. A are amazing. I love going there, because they're so personable. I was terrified of the dentist by the time I got to her, and she would indulge my need for 3 shots of Novocaine before she got anywhere near my mouth, until I got used to her. Love them to bits.
