I feel your doctors have turned into nothing but a company your people that answer the phone no longer answer the phone but you have mobile people answering the phone that have nothing to do with your practice so I can't get any questions answered I can't get a message to a nurse I definitely can't talk to the doctor. Your new version of my chart is so hard to use that I've given up on it. And when it takes 5 days for somebody to answer you on that chart anyway what good is it? No I would do anything to find other doctors and I guess that's what I'm going to have to start doing cuz nobody seems to listen at ARC anymore. I guess I could take a picture of my finger that's useless and so swollen I can't bend it but then again Dr Williams could across the room and actually looked at it in person instead of just sitting in her chair and talking at me about what could be wrong and refusing to give me a stronger pain med. Tell her thanks for the tramadol but it doesn't work neither does the steroid
