I’m so happy that my wife talked me into getting a second opinion through PV HEATING AND PLUMBING for our clogged drain pipe issue. The prior company had three different men come out, but only one was thoroughly demonstrating he was trying to find out what the issue was. We are SO SATISFIED by the way “ PV “ consults with each other before they began the process and the actual scope of work. Starting with Technicians SHELBY, who wrote up the proposal and of the installation team HUNTER, and LOGAN. They even had an higher office team member to come out and look things over with the guys ensuring us that they will take good care of us. The scope of work was done with care and efficiency, there were a few things that came up but the crew put together another plan and moved forward with the project. I mean these men worked diligently on our sewer drain line collaborating with the county at one point to make sure things were done correctly. According to code. We were VERY IMPRESSED with them they stayed on the job over 12 1/2 hours. Making sure the ground was closed and packed right, throwing grass seeds and straw down, they even assisted us with putting the fence back in place, this was NOT a requirement in the contract. We just like the way they were approachable when we had questions and concerns about the job. After installation the guys came back the next morning to make proper cuts to the clean- outs and cap them off on the line making things nice and neat. We are happy there’s still some companies out there that do exactly what they advertise, thanks PV HEATING AND PLUMBING

I went with PV for a plumbing job as they have done awesome work for repairing my HVAC. Shelby was awesome in our intial conversation for the plumbing issue. Hunter and Philip did a great job repairing the leak that flooded our basement. Very nice gentlemen. They explained the process throughly. PV sent them back out to fix another leak that was close to the repairs that they have previously completed and they were kind enough to do it without extra charges. I would recommend them anytime for both HVAC and Pumbing.

I appreciate the service that was provide by your technician Cameron S, he was very professional. He put the covers on over his shoes before entering my home. he checked my Hot water Heater and my heat furnace. he inform me what was going on with my unit. he replace my carbon monoxide detector. i am Blessed that he came out today. because the reading showed Low Level. He turned my Unit off. After leaving , he came back to my door to see if I was okay. it's good to have people who are doing there job , but also concerned about others. just from your employee I feel you have a good reputable.
